Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS, basic networking (LAN, DHCP, DNS, and routing), and troubleshooting office devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, cloud storage, network-attached storage (NAS), and basic data security practices, including backups, access permissions, and antivirus protection.
- Basic knowledge of domain management, hosting/VPS, website maintenance, or databases is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, and track incidents through to resolution.
2. Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, network equipment, and internet connectivity.
3. Manage user accounts, access permissions, software licenses, email platforms (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), domains, hosting, and NAS storage.
4. Maintain websites, internal applications, and databases, including regular backups and basic cybersecurity measures.
5. Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation, coordinate with vendors, and prepare regular reports on incidents, device performance, and IT projects.
6. Guide employees on using IT devices and systems, and promote safe digital practices.
7. Support digitalization projects and introduce technology solutions to improve daily workflows.
