Placement: Jakarta (Head Office)
Job Description:
- Provide daily IT support to employees, including troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, email, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, data backup coordination, and basic IT security monitoring.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance, repairs, and technical support when required.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to branch offices as needed.
- Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting records, and asset movement reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar position.
- Familiar with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, printers, and software troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, IP addressing, routers, and switches.
- Experienced in CCTV installation, configuration, access management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with network cabling, IT equipment installation, and basic infrastructure maintenance.
- Able to perform hardware installation, software configuration, and technical troubleshooting independently.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willing to travel to branch offices when required.
