We’re Hiring: IT Odoo Business Analyst!
Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO)
At Peepl, we are looking for an IT Odoo Business Analyst who can analyze business requirements, manage Odoo implementation, and supervise developers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
• Analyze user requirements and prepare FSD
• Configure Odoo modules and conduct fit-gap analysis
• Supervise Odoo Developers and monitor delivery
• Lead UAT, user training, and go-live
• Manage change requests and project progress
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional / ERP Business Analyst
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, HR)
• Able to prepare BRD/FSD, UAT scenarios, and user manuals
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise v16+, API/REST integration, or Odoo Functional Certification is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and Odoo ORM is a plus
