About the Role

We are looking for a driven and technically proficient IT Leader (Supervisor Level) to oversee day-to-day IT operations and lead a small team of developers, infrastructure, and operations personnel. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking or financial services industry, hands-on experience in data center management, proven leadership of software development teams, and experience as an IT Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT infrastructure operations, including data center, servers, networks, and system availability.
• Manage and support internal software development teams, ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Assign and oversee tasks and responsibilities of IT team members.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Handle escalated technical issues and ensure a prompt response to system disruptions.
• Coordinate with other departments and third-party vendors to ensure successful IT project implementation.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide consultative input and technical recommendations to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Monitor IT performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, OJK, or Bank Indonesia regulations).
• Support IT project implementation, system upgrades, and vendor management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and ensure readiness for data backup and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Active English/Mandarin will be a plus point
• Proven experience in the banking or financial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, network/server infrastructure, and system administration.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and coordination with developer teams.
• Prior experience as an IT Consultant (internal or external) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
