Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Inventory Staff to support the development and management of our IT Inventory System. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory database management, asset and raw material tracking, inventory reporting, and system process improvement to ensure accurate and efficient inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop, design, and improve the IT Inventory System.
2. Maintain and manage the inventory database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Record and monitor incoming and outgoing company assets and raw materials.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
5. Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
6. Create system flowcharts, process documentation, and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
7. Perform inventory reconciliation and support periodic stock-taking activities.
8. Coordinate with related departments to ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
9. Identify inventory system issues and recommend effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
10. Maintain proper inventory documentation and administrative records.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in IT Inventory, Asset Management, Inventory Control, or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent administrative and documentation skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
6. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
7. Knowledge of inventory database management is an advantage.
8. Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
10. Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
11. Able to join immediately or within a short notice period (ASAP).
