Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and programming.
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration is a plus.
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues and approach problems logically.
- Willing to learn new technologies, tools, and software development practices.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, and track incidents through to resolution.
2. Develop, maintain, and improve internal software and digital systems based on business needs.
3. Write, test, debug, and optimize code to ensure software functionality and performance.
4. Assist with software integration, APIs, databases, and other technical systems.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or improvements when needed.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
7. Support digitalization projects and introduce technology solutions to improve daily workflows.
