Key Responsibilities
- Support the IT team with daily operational activities.
- Upload, download, organize, and update data on company servers.
- Maintain and organize digital files and system documentation.
- Assist with user account setup, access management, and basic IT administration.
- Monitor and report system or operational issues to the IT team.
- Provide basic technical support for internal users.
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Perform other IT operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and file management.
- Familiar with Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast response and good communication skills.
