IT Instructor
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT training programs and create engaging learning experiences for clients, both online and offline.
- Customize training materials, syllabi, and learning modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and continuously improve training content and technical documentation.
- Analyze client needs and provide technical recommendations, solutions, and training roadmaps.
- Support IT consulting projects, implementation activities, and technical presentations when required.
- Conduct research and evaluation of emerging technologies to ensure training materials remain relevant and up-to-date.
- Assess participant learning outcomes through tests, projects, and practical exercises.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of networking, server administration, cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security.
- Familiar with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Professional certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, EC-Council, ISC2, Microsoft, LPI, MTCNA, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel
