Job description
- Manage and ensure the optimal operation of servers and data center infrastructure, with a strong focus on availability, performance, security, and scalability in alignment with company standards.
- Take ownership of critical production systems, including infrastructure, databases, and applications, ensuring high reliability and operational stability.
- Monitor system capacity and performance, perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date infrastructure documentation.
- Lead the implementation and management of backup and disaster recovery (DR) processes, as well as business continuity planning (BCP), to ensure business resilience and system availability.
- Manage and control user access management in accordance with security and compliance requirements, including the enforcement of segregation of duties principles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in server administration, data center operations, or IT infrastructure management
- Prior experience in the capital market, securities, asset management, banking, or other highly regulated financial services industries is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems, including Linux and Windows Server, as well as virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and backup solutions
- Proven knowledge of disaster recovery (DR), high availability (HA), clustering, and business continuity practices
- Good understanding of IT security concepts, including access control, patch management, vulnerability management, and system hardening
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical incidents effectively
- Familiarity with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 27001, OJK regulations, and capital market industry best practices
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualification
Experience supporting mission-critical systems in a capital market or securities environment
Professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE), ITIL, or ISO 27001-related certifications
Experience managing data center migration, infrastructure modernization, or cloud integration projects
At least 2 years of experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, including Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud platforms.
Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Microservices Architecture.
