Responsibilities
- Support post-sales implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Assist in deploying and configuring servers, storage, virtualization, and related solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support client implementation.
- Work closely with technical and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, IT, or relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, and networking fundamentals.
- Internship or relevant academic/project experience is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
