Job Summary;
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Auditor to evaluate the organization's IT infrastructure, security controls, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive infrastructure assessments, identify operational and security risks, evaluate compliance with industry standards, and provide actionable recommendations to improve system reliability, availability, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
- Support compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, ITIL best practices, and other relevant governance frameworks.
- Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and provide technical recommendations for continuous enhancement.
- Present audit results and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Review infrastructure architecture, system configurations, capacity planning, availability, redundancy, and performance to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), backup strategies, and infrastructure monitoring systems.
- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Identify infrastructure vulnerabilities, operational risks, and security gaps, and recommend practical remediation plans.
- Analyze infrastructure performance and reliability to minimize downtime and improve service availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT-related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Audit, or Technology Risk.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and operational environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture and operational best practices.
- Proven experience performing infrastructure assessments, audits, and providing improvement recommendations based on practical implementation.
