Main Responsibilities
- Perform IT infrastructure audits (network, server, storage).
- Review configuration, capacity, availability, and redundancy.
- Conduct security audits (firewall, access control, CCTV, last mile).
- Assess DRP, BCP, and monitoring systems.
- Prepare audit reports and improvement recommendations.
Business Purpose
- Ensure reliability and availability of IT systems.
- Reduce downtime and operational risks.
- Maintain infrastructure security and readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or IT audit at least 4/5 years ((strong in Infrastrusture, Cybersecurity (knowledge) and able to give used cases based on experience + knowledge in IT Audit ))
- Good understanding of network, server, virtualization, and security.
- Familiar with ISO 27001, ITGC, and ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CISA, Security+.
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree); Stronger profile if from IT background S1- (more IT technical questions)
- Work location: MSIG Tower (Sinarmas), Sudirman.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid.
- WIlling to visit sites of sinarmas mining (out of the city like Kalimantan/sumatra)
KPIs
- Infrastructure audits completed as planned.
- Identification of high-risk findings related to availability & security.
- % of findings resolved within SLA.
- Quality and timeliness of audit reports.
