Job Description
- The following is a Job Description for this position :
- Ensuring that the product or service used by the user can function normally/run as it should
- Serving customers well
- Perform troubleshooting and also provide solutions to customer problems
- Provide education about products used by customers
- Provisioning and activating product services
- Coordinate a use case with an internal team, such as the Engineer/Product Team
- Active in using the ticketing system (JIRA)
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with the support provided by the company
Job Requirements
- The following are the requirements for this position :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Min. 1 year experience as Technical Support (Fresh Graduates welcome).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Willing to work shifts and travel when needed.
- Based in Jakarta.
