Responsibilities
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Respond to issues via phone, email and computer chat
- Provide users assistance
- Document users interactions
- Run diagnostics to resolve users reported issues
- Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
- Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
- Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, networks, and applications
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, incident management, and IT support procedures
- Willing to work shifting.
- Placement in Jakarta.
