Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Helpdesk PT Mitra Mandiri Informatika

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Required skills: communication, database querying, Python/Bash scripting, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows/Linux system operations, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What will you do:

  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Understand business flows, database tables, and user manuals.
  • Complete tasks within the agreed SLA.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues.
  • Validate reported complaints.
  • Prepare project and system support documentation.
  • Monitor and support clients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

This position requires working in shifts:

Shift 1: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Shift 2: 03:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
