- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology , Computer Science or Engineering
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and office products.
- Possess strong sense of empathy and a helpful attitude.
- Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
- Have good analytical and troubleshooting skill in solving computer and IT related problems.
- Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities.
- Understand and experience in IT support ticket and knowledge articles will be an added advantage.
- Experience with audio, presentation device and video conferencing is an added advantage.
