As an IT Governance / Compliance Specialist for the Banking Industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients adhere to stringent regulatory standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing ticketing systems, providing help desk support, offering customer service, conducting network troubleshooting, maintaining hardware, and ensuring compliance with data governance regulations. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues remotely, enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and security. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and adhering to industry-specific compliance requirements. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least one to three years of relevant experience in IT support, help desk operations, and customer service.
