Deskripsi pekerjaan IT-GA Freelance MINESKI INDONESIA

Job Description:

  1. Provide necessary facilities for employees (e.g., ID cards, uniforms, laptops) for both new hires and existing staff
  2. Perform routine data backups every three months to ensure secure and reliable data storage
  3. Manage and maintain office facilities
  4. Ensure the daily availability of general supplies such as office stationery (ATK) and consumables
  5. Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues
  6. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  7. Assist with the implementation and management of IT policies and procedures
  8. Maintain and improve the internet condition and service
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities

Job Requirement:

  1. 2 years minimum experience
  2. Familiar with PC hardware, printers, scanners, and computer peripherals
  3. Strong understanding of user PC connectivity including Ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate technical information both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
