Requirement:
1. At least 2+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
2. Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Python
3. Having experience in developing using CodeIgniter 4, developing internal HR systems, and conducting automated testing will be an advantage.
4. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
5. Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitLab)
7. Understanding of web security best practices and data protection
8. Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability for web applications
9. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies using project management tools like Jira or Notion to track tasks, sprints, and issues
10. Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate coding, debugging, and unit testing
11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
12. Good communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
13. Experience in conducting data migration
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement new HR system modules based on user requirements for both application and database (using Next.js and PostgreSQL).
2. Enhance and maintain existing HR modules to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
3. Perform, track and record bug fixing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
4. Perform functional, regression, and basic integration testing for HR system modules
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
6. Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with internal policies.
7. Prepare technical documentation and support system handover and knowledge sharing.
8. Design, execute, and document test cases for new, enhanced, and existing functionalities based on functional and business requirements
9. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users when required
