About the Role
As an IT Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's web applications and digital systems, covering both frontend and backend development. This role plays a key part in delivering effective, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support Lionel Jaya Logistics' digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's web applications and internal systems.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and intuitive frontend interfaces that meet business and user requirements.
- Develop backend systems, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Analyze business and system requirements in collaboration with users and relevant stakeholders.
- Design database structures, optimize database queries, and ensure data security and integrity.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and resolve system issues promptly.
- Conduct application testing to ensure system quality, reliability, and stability.
- Develop new features and continuously improve existing applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, source code, and development processes.
- Collaborate with the IT, Operations, and other departments to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Ensure all developed systems operate efficiently, securely, and comply with the company's standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Web Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in frontend technologies, including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.
- Proficient in backend technologies such as: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, Java, or other backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or other database management systems.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization, version control systems (Git/GitHub), and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiar with application security principles and system performance optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team while meeting project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Willing to be assigned according to the operational needs of Lionel Jaya Logistics
