Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Finance Intern PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring IT expenses and budget utilization
- Prepare basic cost reports, forecasts, and dashboards
- Maintain IT asset and software license records
- Support vendor invoice validation and procurement administration
- Assist with cost reconciliation with Finance and Accounting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for IT-related activities
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and asset data
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (D3/S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Basic understanding of budgeting, procurement processes, asset management, and invoice reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PivotTable skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively
- Demonstrates integrity and responsibility in handling data
