- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Support, Field Engineer, or Medical Devices Engineer (Ultrasound experience is preferred).
- Familiar with Windows Operating System, computer hardware, networking (TCP/IP), and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/RIS) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for installation, maintenance, and on-site technical support.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Domiciled in Surabaya or willing to relocate.
