Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Executive NSK Micro Precision (M) Sdn Bhd

Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering
· Minimum 5 years related working experience
· Have knowledge in programming : VBA, PHP
· Familiar in Database : MySQL
· Able to work independently
· Willing to work in Balakong, Selangor
Responsibilities
· Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Ensures operations meet approved budget levels.
· Performs and/ oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
· Coordinate with HQs/ other department to promoting introduction of new system and management information system to related department.
· Develop new system and enhance existing system.
· To give support to local user on Email & internet access facility.
· Obtaining an accurate and comprehensive inventory of software licenses and usage.
· Troubleshoot computer system problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action.
· Monitors and maintains network stability, including Lease line/ IP-VPN
· Take care of Server, CCTV system and PABX phone system
· Other duties or project as assigned by Top Management
· Provide on-demand help desk/ technical support to all level staff of company
· Responsible to manage Microsoft server 2016
