Requirement :
1.Having experience with IT Support and Troubleshooting min 2 years
2.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3.Strong technical troubleshooting with hardware and software (laptop, mobile device, etc)
4.Expertise with Microsoft 365 products
5.Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skill
6.Active English is a must
7.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and delivering result within deadline
8.Dynamic and agile, adapting quickly to new situations and challenges
9.Ability to work independently as part of an agile team
10.Having certification related factory will be considered.
Jobdesc :
1.2nd layer support after Call Center to investigate End User Computing (EUC) incident.
2.Active Directory & Azure Intune: check user account, computer account, and security group.
3.Installation standard software & patches, in factory computers
4.Video Conference support and maintenace
5.Support Special Events and Meetings, such as: webcast, townhall, management meeting, SLT meeting, etc.
6.Support IT non-Asset verification, such as: handheld, printer non-MPS, smart phone, barcode scanner, etc.
7.Create report periodically of IT & IT non-Asset verification and engage with users for follow up.
8.Support ad-hoc for IT Project in factory and hypercare after deployment/replacement project.
9.Coordinate and escalate with 3rd party to resolve incident if needed.
10.Standby when factory production start-up after maintenance or new deployment process if needed.
