Step 1 Administrative selection in the Glints platform (May 2024);
Step 2 Administrative selection based on document evidence (June 2024);
Step 3 Interview in Indonesian by the Hatarakimasu Indonesia (July 2024);
Step 4 Interview in Japanese by the Agency and Recruiter in Japan (August 2024);
Step 5 Contract Offer as the full time employee by the Recruiter in Japan and Contract Offer for the training and dispatching program by Hatarakimasu Indonesia (September 2024);
Step 6 Contract signing (if agree, then move to Step 7);
Step 7 Intensive training online (3 Days) and on site (2 Days);
Step 8 Administrative departure preparation (90 Days)
Step 9 Departure to Japan
In Japan
Step 10 Preparation to live in Japan (5 Days)
Step 11 Start to work with the Recruiter
Job Description
Engineering and operations related of a corporation in the tech division both Apps and Web based. The job duties may be adjusted appropriately based on the individual's abilities and preferences.
Required
Minimum Bachelor degree in the IT Engineering related field or Computer Science;
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply;
Basic Level of Japanese Proficiency (Min. JLPT N3).
