Job Description :
- Monitor applications and perform technical troubleshooting activities.
- Investigate and resolve application, system, and operational incidents.
- Execute system reconfiguration and recovery activities following approved procedures.
- Analyze recurring issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.
- Support incident management and service restoration processes.
- Ensure service availability, reliability, and operational performance meet SLA targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance for escalated issues from Level 0.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
- Participate in 24/7 shift operations when required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
- 1+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, NOC, Service Desk, or related roles is preferred.
- Understanding of application troubleshooting, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
