Job Description :
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, incidents, complaints, and service requests.
- Perform application and system monitoring activities.
- Handle daily operational tasks related to IT Service Desk and Application Support.
- Log, track, and manage tickets through the ticketing system.
- Perform initial analysis and basic troubleshooting based on established procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to IT Engineer Level 1 or relevant support teams.
- Ensure tickets are handled and updated within agreed SLA targets.
- Support 24/7 operational activities through a shift-based working schedule.
Requirements :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT Support, Service Desk, or Application Support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
