Job Description
- Provide second-level technical support for end-user devices, including laptops and printers.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
- Conduct deployment and setup of new devices for users.
- Ensure devices comply with established IT standards and requirements.
- Handle and follow up on technical tickets until resolution.
- Provide technical support for HR Tech project implementations.
- Perform routine site visits to monitor device condition and ensure HR Tech service performance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L2 team when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
Requirement
- Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, End-User Support, or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Familiar with software installation, configuration, and device deployment.
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Familiar with IT asset/device management and IT standards.
- Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and able to interact professionally with end users.
- Willing to conduct routine site visits/onsite support as required.
