Position: IT Digital Transformation Specialist
Contract Duration: 6–12 months (extendable)
Placement: Onsite Client in North Jakarta
Max Age : 43 Years.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar.
- Strong experience analyze business processes and translate into scalable system solutions.
- Experienced in requirement gathering, process improvement, functional specs, and Agile delivery.
- Strong communication with stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Capable to supporting independently end-to-end digital use case delivery: design, build coordination, test, and deploy.
- Confident in working with the IT Head and coordinating with top management.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industries is a Plus.
- Understanding of Change Management & Software Development Cycles.
- Background as an IT Developer is a Plus.
- Experience in Project Management is a Plus
