Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with fintech business objectives, including the adoption of AI and automation technologies..
- Oversee core systems, applications, cloud infrastructure, and network security.
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology partners.
- Lead IT governance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and incident management.
- Lead and develop the IT team to support rapid business growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and financial systems.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI technologies to drive business innovation and operational efficiency.
Soft Skills:
- Problem solver, on-call mindset, clear communication during incidents, and able to collaborate with Engineering & Compliance teams.
