- Bachelor (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Pengalaman utama seperti Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, atau PHP.
- Pengembangan web (HTML, CSS, framework Angular/React) dan manajemen basis data (SQL, NoSQL).
- Memahami Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan diagnostik yang kuat untuk memecahkan masalah teknis.
- Program, design and maintain software applications
- Support analysis, implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements
- Identify and solve system issues
- Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network, and Cloud
- Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
- Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
- Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
