- Strong skills in Database Administration and managing enterprise Databases in production environments.
- Experience with Database Design and data modeling to support scalable, secure applications.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting database issues, performance problems, and connectivity or configuration errors.
- Hands-on experience with Replication, backup, and recovery strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of SQL and query optimization; familiarity with at least one major RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of database security, access control, encryption, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, PostgreSQL) and experience in cloud or virtualized environments are advantageous.
