📍 Location: Bandung / Kota Baru Parahyangan – Padalarang
Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations?
A reputable educational institution in Kota Baru Parahyangan is looking for a dedicated IT Coordinator to oversee the school's technology infrastructure, user support, IT administration, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, printers, internet connectivity, and related systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for teachers, staff, and users.
• Coordinate software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
• Monitor IT security, database management, user access, backup, and recovery processes.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and communication platforms across the school.
Requirements :
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, IT Coordination, or related roles.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
✅ Good understanding of:
• Windows Operating Systems
• Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting
• Network Administration (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• IT Security, Database Management, and Backup Processes
✅ Basic English communication skills.
✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
✅ Residing in Bandung, Bandung Barat, Cimahi, or Kota Baru Parahyangan.
