Responsibilities
- Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (ITGRC), IT Service Management, Cybersecurity & Information Security, or other areas.
- Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks
- Provide support to the team leader during implementation activities, and / or after sales support
- Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team
- Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC/ITSM/Cybersecurity best practices, frameworks or standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, IT Service Management or Cybersecurity is an advantage
- Bachelor degree in Information System (IS) or Information Technology (IT)
- Has experienced in ITGRC, ITSM or Cybersecurity projects.
- Has valid certification in ITGRC, ITSM or Cybersecurity field such as ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, CISA, ISO 20000, etc.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Flexible and positive attitude towards work
- Willing to travel out of town
