Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Business Parner Commercial Lead (exp. in DMS, SAP in FMCG) PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Mandatory requires proven IT commercial management, enterprise procurement, and project delivery; a blend of deep technical understanding and sharp business acumen related to commercial with proven eperience in develop/engineering/maintaing DMS (Distribution Management System) of FMCG industry, familiar with SAP and integrating with DMS.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (master’s degree will be an advantage)
• 3-7 years experiences in Distributor Management System
• Solid experience using SAP
• Experience managing team is a must
• Fluent English both verbal and written is a must
• Young & Dynamic personality
• Strong Experience in FMCG Distribution Software; business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. (also open for candidates whom experienced in Manufacturing Industry, especially the ones with multiple distributor channel)
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (in daily basis)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in all levels.
Job Scope/Overview:
• Drive sales technology initiatives
• Serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
• Liaise with commercial team on simplification, automation and development of analytical tools under Sales & Supply chain
• Digital transformation on Sales function
