- Minimum S1 education preferably from IT majors or equivalent;
- Have a minimum of 3-5 (three to five) years of working experience as a Business Analyst;
- Have experience and application development in Agile & Scrum work pattern modes;
- Have a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as a Business Analyst in mobile banking application development projects or other technology product development projects in the banking industry;
- Have the ability to use collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to elaborate project documents and needs (user stories);
- Mastering MS Office, especially excel, visio, and powerpoint or other tools that support the creation of business processes and elaboration of user needs,
- Experience in Agile, innovative and integrity;
- Have a teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure and coordinate well with various parties, both internal and external.
