Position: Business Analyst
Location: Kuningan, Jakarta (Work From Office)
Contract: 3 month (Extendable)
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that project deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and specifications from the product team and end users
- Translate business needs into clear technical tasks for Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and QA/Tester
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans in a timely manner
- Evaluate existing plans and organize meetings to discuss improvements and solutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare project progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field (S1)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus
