Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a related role.
- Good understanding of business processes, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and business users.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to support development activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage BRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business process flow documentation.
- Work closely with business users, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with project objectives.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, backlog refinement sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies as needed.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating expected outcomes, clarifying requirements, and tracking issues.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage requirement changes, assess their potential impact, and ensure all related documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Monitor requirement implementation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of solutions that align with business requirements.
