Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Business Analyst Pt Linkit360

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful implementation of IT and digital projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation.

• Create BRD, FSD, and process flow diagrams.

• Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.

• Support UAT and provide system improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Digital projects.

• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodology.

• Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, etc).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – this is a must.

• Knowledge of SQL or API integration is a plus.
