Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful implementation of IT and digital projects.
Responsibilities:
- AI/LLM Engineering: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector database, tool/function calling, agents, model evaluation, guardrails, context management, fine-tuning dasar, dan model selection.
- Software Engineering: Python/TypeScript, API, backend services, database, cloud, CI/CD, observability, testing, security, dan production deployment.
- AI Product Thinking: menerjemahkan user problem menjadi AI use case, menentukan kapan AI memang relevan, mendesain fallback, human-in-the-loop, latency/cost trade-off, serta UX untuk uncertainty.
- Evaluation: membangun eval dataset, benchmark kualitas output, hallucination rate, task success rate, latency, token cost, safety metrics, dan regression testing.
- Data & Experimentation: instrumentation, analytics, A/B testing, feedback loop, prompt/model experimentation.
- Rapid Prototyping: mampu dari ide → prototype → user test → production tanpa terlalu banyak handoff.
- Cross-functional: bekerja dekat dengan Product Manager, Designer, Data/ML Engineer, Backend Engineer, QA, Security, dan business owner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Experienced in creating BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and MoM.
- Good understanding of software development, APIs, databases, system integration, and SDLC.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, sprint activities, requirement clarification, and collaboration with development teams.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to bridge communication between Business, Product, and Technology teams.
- Understanding of AI/LLM concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and AI-assisted solutions.
- Able to identify and validate AI use cases, business value, user requirements, and AI solution workflows.
- Comfortable using AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, and daily productivity.
- Experience working with AI/technology products or digital transformation projects is a plus.
