Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful implementation of IT and digital projects.

Responsibilities:

Create BRD
Create FSD
Do Requirement
Do Daily Meeting, Weekly Meeting
Leading Developer for meeting
Translate Requirement from business team to tech team
Bridge business and technology

Requirements:

To do request from business side and technology side
Critical thinking
Leading daily meeting with team development to inform what dev need to do on running sprint
Create document Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Create document Functional Specification Document (FSD)
Create Minutes of Meeting after meeting
Translate what team business have or requirement and explain to technology side and do the otherwise
Know how product or system will running
Have use AI on daily basis as supporting tools for working
Understand customer needs, create prototypes with AI, define user stories, validate business value.
