We're looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably Insurance industry.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Familiar using Jira, or other project management tools.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques & tools.
- Having their own laptop for work activities during office hours.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and document comprehensive business needs and objectives.
- Analyze requirements and provide solutions to meet business goals (needs, issues, and pain points).
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing and production system support.
- Perform in-depth analysis of business and user needs, and translate them into wireframes or mockups as needed.
- Develop project documentation, including functional specification, business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Execution of each phase of the full software development life cycle project, from project scoping to end-user testing.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, development, and other related teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the ideation, research, design, and launch of new digital products and solutions.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in every phase of the project.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing when necessary.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement
