Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements for application support and enhancement.
Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, developers, and regional stakeholders.
Support application-related issues by conducting root cause analysis and coordinating with relevant teams to identify effective solutions.
Prepare and maintain business/functional documentation, including requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of application-related matters.
Support system enhancement, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
Monitor and follow up on application issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in application support or IT-related roles.
Mandatory: Experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of business processes, application support, and system analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role requires regular communication with regional stakeholders.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with regional or multinational teams is a plus.
Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will be highly preferred.
