IT Business Analyst
Requirement :
- Requirement Gathering and Backlog Management o Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure backlog readiness for execution
- Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs
- Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
Qualification:
- Willing to be placed at Pulomas Office, Jakarta
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Extensive experience with SQL for data analysis and decisionmaking
- Experience managing product backlog, creating user stories, and prioritizing features process improvement
- Good stakeholder management (business, engineering, QA)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
