Position Overview:
We're assisting one of our clients in software house / IT Agency who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of effective business solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are clearly translated into actionable specifications and that delivered solutions align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct requirements gathering and perform detailed requirements analysis
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and support optimization initiatives
- Document and communicate requirements, analysis outputs, and UAT deliverables
- Facilitate communication between business teams and management
- Gather essential information from stakeholder meetings and produce structured reports
- Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Perform and support user acceptance testing activities
- Prioritize initiatives based on business goals and operational impact
- Maintain awareness of market developments and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or MBA
- Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis experience in Multi-Finance industry
- (Banking and other financial sectors are also welcome)
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution alignment
- Excellent documentation and requirements-writing skills
- Experience preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
