Job Description
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Analyze, design, and improve business processes across departments using Odoo ERP solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation, including planning, analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, developers, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing business processes and Odoo standard functionalities.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Business Analysts and project team members.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably Odoo.
- Familiar with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, and Project Management.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement analysis, and system integration.
- Experience creating BRD, FSD, process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SQL, API integration, and ERP customization processes is a plus.
- Odoo Functional Consultant certification or equivalent experience is an advantage.
