Main Responsibilities:
• Understand business processes across departments (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing)
• Translate business needs into ERP system requirements
• Match business needs with Odoo system features
• Support system setup and clarify requirements to technical teams
• Support system testing and data checking
• Assist users during system go-live and adoption
