Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT projects
- Basic SQL knowledge (able to write queries for data validation and analysis)
- Strong documentation skills—comfortable creating clear, structured specs and process flows
- Solid communication skills; able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working on banking or financial services projects
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Use Case, Activity Diagram, UI Wireframe)
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain project documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and UAT sessions
- Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
- Support system testing and validate that solutions meet business objectives
