Job Descriptions :
1. Handle user request by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirement, and can give proposed solution
2. Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
3. Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan, prepare case tests and assist in user training and deployment preparation for the end users
4. Define application problem conferring with clients; evaluation procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws encountered
5. Ensure operation by training client personnel.
Job Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): SDLC, Analytical, PHP, VAS Telecommunication, Java, SQL Server, BI, Scrum, BRD, FSD
3. Good Communication and Attractive Personality
4. Good English proficiency, especially in writing and speaking
5. At least 1 years experience as Business Analyst is required.
6. Experienced in IT industry or digital business is preferableIT Business Analyst
