🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Documentation & Asset Management Specialist (FMCG Company)
📍 Placement: Pasteur Bandung, West Java
Key Requirements:
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or IT Inventory Management. Experience managing hardware, software licenses, and asset tracking systems. Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and asset auditing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Scope of Work Manage IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal). Maintain and monitor IT asset inventory, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Conduct periodic asset audits and stock opname. Track asset allocation, movement, and ownership across users and locations. Coordinate IT asset procurement, vendor management, and warranty claims. Maintain asset documentation, records, and reporting. Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to IT assets. Monitor software licenses and ensure compliance. Collaborate with IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to optimize asset utilization and cost efficiency.
